Webinar Synopsis — The Employment Rights Act 2025 | Access Learning

One Law. Five Deadlines. Are Your Managers Ready?

The Employment Rights Act 2025, translated into what your managers actually need to do.

The Employment Rights Act 2025 is the biggest shake-up in UK employment law in a generation. It arrives in stages rather than all at once, with the next deadline landing on 30 October, when every employer must take all reasonable steps to prevent sexual harassment, including from customers and clients. Whether you have a full HR team or you are covering it on your own, we have done the hard part for you.

In 45 minutes, three people who work with this every day will talk through what is changing and how to help your managers actually change what they do: people strategy from Verity O'Brien, employee relations from Sophie Craig and learning design from Beth Harp, who built the training. Knowing the law is the easy part; getting managers to change how they behave is the bit most training misses — and the bit we are best at.
