Tibor Szpisják
Managing Director, HPETibor graduated from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics as an electrical engineer. In his last year of university, he started building his career at the then HP as a technology consultant. Working in the corporate sector throughout, he worked his way up the ranks step by step. After HP was split in 2015, he held business line management and later sales director positions at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), a company specializing in enterprise IT solutions. In addition to his Hungarian management position, he also worked on projects with other countries in the region, developing the reseller network and individual business lines. In 2020, at the age of just 34, he was appointed managing director of HPE Hungary. His leadership credo is defined by three pillars: creating value for customers, developing the company culture, and developing people. In these areas, he believes in the theory of the "infinite game: the game never ends, you can always - and should - get better and better”.

Data Services lead, HPEFrisch, Tamás is the head of HPE’s data services division in Hungary, responsible for solutions in data storage, data analytics, and artificial intelligence for Hungarian HPE clients. Having graduated as an economist with a degree from Corvinus University, Tamás has been working on Hungarian IT project implementations for 30 years, with experience not only at HP and Compaq but also at Tigra, Sonrisa, and Stratis. He contributed to some of the biggest IT development projects in the Hungarian public sector, as well as many Hungarian and international web application development projects. In the past five years, he has focused on applying artificial intelligence, including the development of an NLP product that predated today’s LLM models, as well as several industrial solutions based primarily on computer vision. He regularly attends professional conferences and serves as an external lecturer at Corvinus University, covering topics in business intelligence and AI solutions.
