Cancellations made at least four weeks prior to the event are eligible for a refund, less any applicable transaction fee.
If you are no longer able to attend, you may transfer your registration to a colleague up to the first day of the event.
Attendees who do not cancel in advance and do not check in will be considered late cancellations and are not eligible for a refund.
