Unlike the WalkMe Digital Adoption Platform (DAP), which guides users through tasks with in-app prompts and automation, Learning Arc helps employees build lasting skills through courses, microlearning, and simulations. The two products work together to unify adoption and learning.
- Is WalkMe Learning Arc a learning management system (LMS)? Can it replace my current LMS?
  
  WalkMe Learning Arc is not a traditional learning management system (LMS) and not meant to replace your LMS. Instead, it complements LMS tools by bringing AI-driven microlearning and contextual training into the applications employees use daily. It enhances, not replaces, your LMS by ensuring learning is applied, not forgotten.
- Can WalkMe Learning Arc be used without the WalkMe Digital Adoption Platform?
  
  Yes. WalkMe Learning Arc is a standalone AI learning platform that can be deployed independently. When combined with the WalkMe Digital Adoption Platform, organizations unlock end-to-end enablement, pairing in-app learning with digital guidance for faster skill mastery and higher adoption rates.
- Is WalkMe Learning Arc included in existing WalkMe licenses? Is there a trial?

SAP Enable Now Transition

Does WalkMe Learning Arc replace SAP Enable Now (SEN)?

Enable Now has no new releases planned but will be maintained until 2030. WalkMe Learning Arc represents the continued evolution of Enable Now and offers a clear transition path so SEN customers can bring their learning content with them easily and continue enabling users without disruption.
Can existing SAP Enable Now content be imported into WalkMe Learning Arc?

Yes. Existing Enable Now learning content can be imported, hosted, and surfaced in the WalkMe Learning Arc portal; PPTs can be uploaded as course materials; multiple “workareas” are supported. SEN digital adoption content will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
What about SEN digital adoption content?

For step-by-step, on-the-job digital adoption guidance typically offered through SEN Companion, WalkMe's DAP handles in-app walkthroughs and tips, and WalkMe Learning Arc complements it by surfacing related courses, simulations, and links in the same context.

TeachMe Transition

Does WalkMe Learning Arc replace TeachMe?

Yes. Following the general availability of WalkMe Learning Arc, TeachMe will no longer be available for purchase. Currently, existing customers are eligible to renew TeachMe. Note that no content previously created in TeachMe will be lost or wasted. Customers will be able to play and edit that content in WalkMe Learning Arc.

AI

Is AI required, or can I author learning content without it?

AI is not required; manual authoring is supported.
How is AI accuracy (hallucinations) handled?

All AI generated content created within WalkMe Learning Arc has a human-in-the-loop component, where course authors have the opportunity to review and adjust before publishing. Further, WalkMe continuously evaluates and calibrates all AI technologies used with industry best practices, the latest LLM models, and proprietary RAG approaches for maximum accuracy.
Is customer data used to train WalkMe’s AI models or shared externally?

No. Customer content is not used to train models for other customers and is not shared across tenants.
What LLMs are used?

WalkMe Learning Arc uses a mix of LLM models from Gemini and OpenAI, optimized for performance.
Is all generated content kept private to the customer’s instance?

Yes. AI-generated content is secured within the customer’s instance and not shared outside it.

Learning Experience & Capabilities

Is custom branding available?

Yes. Custom branding is supported, and can be configured to apply automatically across all your WalkMe Learning Arc content.
Will the product have Simulations?

Yes. You will be able to capture step-by-step clickthroughs of a process to create guided, interactive learning that mirrors real workflows. This includes Demo mode (passive) and Practice mode (interactive with feedback/scoring), with more modes planned following GA.
What about multiple languages? Will the AI offer translated content on the fly?

Yes. WalkMe Learning Arc supports multiple languages and includes real-time machine translation, allowing learners to more easily consume content in their native language.
Will WalkMe Learning Arc offer personalization by role/behavior/proficiency?

Yes. Authors can designate segments of users to target relevant training; in-app distribution via DAP further supports context-based delivery.
Will there be analytics on learner progress, quiz performance, completion?

Reports and dashboards will show both learner-level progress (e.g., completion %, quiz outcomes) and content performance (e.g., which courses or simulations drive the highest engagement).
