Submit a proposal to be part of our official, sponsored tracks — the main hub of Austin Tech Week. Propose a panel, workshop, meetup, or networking session. The more creative, the better.

Bring Austin Tech Week attendees to you! Curate your own unique session at your office or preferred creative venue. Satellite inclusion is subject to approval and may incur a listing fee. Be sure to select this option in your submission to share additional details.

What happens after I submit?
Step 1: Proposal Review
Our advisory committee reviews all submissions to ensure a compelling and balanced schedule. In some cases, we may suggest collaborating with other organizers to strengthen your session.
Step 2: Confirmation & Promotion
If approved, a team member will follow up with you directly. Your event will then be listed on the official Austin Tech Week site and included in attendee itineraries.
