Which costs are covered by Adobe?

Adobe will cover the following costs:

  • A double occupancy guest room at The Beau-Rivage Palace in Lausanne for 2 nights (Wednesday 15 October and Thursday 16 October).
  • All food and beverage for the invitee and their guest for the duration of the event.
  • All activities.
  • Executive transfers to Lausanne from Geneva International Airport or train station.
Costs to be covered by attendees:
  • Travel to Geneva.
  • Costs for accommodation for any additional nights at The Beau-Rivage Palace.
  • Any other costs associated with travel to the event, such as visa applications or transfers to your origin airport.
Can I pay for my accommodation and/or food and beverage for compliance reasons?

Should you need to pay for your attendance due to your company's compliance policy please email emeaee@adobe.com and we will arrange a payment link to be sent to you.

What are the compliance rules around attending this event?

There is no charge to attend this event, though spaces are limited to one person per company. Hospitality — including a two-night hotel stay, meals, and activities — will be provided to all attendees. The estimated hospitality cost is approximately £3,000 GBP/€3,500 EUR per main delegate and £1,500 GBP/€1,800 EUR per guest. Please note that accepting such hospitality may be prohibited by regulations or specific employer policies. It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure that their participation and acceptance of hospitality does not violate any such regulation or policy. By registering to attend this event, you confirm that you are eligible to receive the hospitality outlined above. Attendees from publicly funded and government organizations will be required to complete an ethics letter, as part of Adobe's compliance policy.

What are the start and end times of the event?

The event begins on Wednesday 15 October, with the agenda kicking off after lunch. Guests are welcome to depart any time on Friday 17 October.

Can I extend my stay before or after the event?

Yes, we can support you with extending your stay. The accommodation charges will be at your own expense for dates other than Wednesday 15 and Thursday 16 October. Please contact emeaee@adobe.com for more information or support.

Do I need to book my own flights / train to Geneva?

We ask for all guests to please arrange their own travel to Geneva. Executive transfers will collect you from Geneva airports or train stations. The cost of travel to Geneva is not covered by Adobe.

What is the closest airport or train station?

Geneva International Airport is approximately 50min from The Beau-Rivage Palace. Please arrange to travel to the most convenient airport or train station, where we will collect you via executive transfer.

Can I order food at the hotel outside of the event meal times?

You are able to order food at the hotel outside of event meal times if needed and charge to your room where Adobe will cover reasonable charges.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Rooms are guaranteed from 3.00pm on Wednesday 15 October; earlier check-in may be available upon request. Check-out is at 12 noon on Friday 17 October.

What is the dress code?

Tuesday dinner: Business casual
Meetings and conferences: Business casual
Evening dinner: Formal attire (suit and tie/cocktail dress - not black tie).
Thursday dinner: Smart-casual - express your country flag's colours through a chose accessory if desired.
Activities: The dress code and equipment required will be shared on confirmation of your activity.
Leisure: Please bring suitable leisure and swimwear for use of the hotel's leisure facilities, which include swimming and spa.
