Our annual user group conference provides Evisions clients an interactive environment focused on learning and networking. Whether it’s from your peers or Evisions experts, you’ll gain knowledge, ideas, and insights to take back to your institution. You’ll reconnect with old friends and make new ones, building your professional network with users and experts who will be there to assist you long after the conference ends. (And, of course, you’ll have some fun throughout the two-day event!) 

The conference begins at 8:00am on Saturday, March 25 and concludes at 3:00pm on Sunday, March 26. We will be at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside in New Orleans, LA.  

• Early Bird Registration (January 11 – February 3) = $500.00 
• Standard Registration (February 4 – March 17) = $600.00 
• Late Registration (March 18 – March 24 ) = $700.00

Yes, we do! The group rate applies when 3+ attendees from the same institution register. (The group rate cannot be applied retroactively. Once you have the discount code, please either register all attendees in one order or ensure they each have the code in hand if registering individually.)

The registration fee for Evisions Conference 2023 includes:

• Access to all sessions and activities throughout both days of the conference 
• Access to the conference mobile app, in which you can connect with fellow attendees, speakers, sponsors and Evisionaries; build your schedule; rate sessions; and receive up-to-date notifications during the conference.
• Ticket to Bayou Bash (during Ellucian Live)

The registration fee for Evisions Conference 2023 includes:

• Hot breakfast both mornings
• Light refreshment break each morning and afternoon
• A yummy lunch on both days!

Evisions Conference 2023 will be in-person only.

The health and safety of our clients and team members is our top priority. There are no vaccination or testing requirements to attend the Evisions Conference 2023. For the latest updates on the current COVID information published by the City of New Orleans, please click here.

We recommend paying for your registration with a credit card. If you require another payment option, please email events@evisions.com to discuss alternative payment methods. 

If you should need to cancel your registration, please notify events@evisions.com. No over-the-phone cancellations will be accepted. 

• Cancellations before February 3, 2023 will be refunded the full registration fee. 
• Cancellations occurring February 4 - March 4, 2023 will be refunded the registration fee, minus $50.00  
• Cancellations occurring March 5 – March 18, 2023 will be refunded the registration fee, minus $100.00 

There will be no refunds after March 19, 2022.
