Virtual Community Events are live-streamed and led by top-tier lululemon Studio instructors, partner
studio instructors, ambassadors, and expert lululemon facilitators. Attendees can connect with both
the
talent and each other through chat, reactions, and Q&A. You can expect events to be centered around
sweat, development, panel discussions and more.
To create a lululemon Essential Membership, sign up
online, on the iOS
version
of the app, or in store. All you need is your name and email address.
If you already have a lululemon account, sign in

of the app. Once you
accept the updated Terms and
Conditions,
you’ll
have a lululemon Essential Membership. You can also accept the terms and conditions at check
out in-store.

Registration
Yes, registration is required to receive access to the live broadcasts. Once you’re registered, an
email
will be sent with the link to access the broadcast.
Head to the homepage
to find out about upcoming events. Under the event you're interested in attending, you can select
"Sign Up" to register right away or click "Find out more" for additional details about a specific
event.

After you register, you’ll receive both on-screen and email confirmations indicating that your ticket
was successfully booked.

Live Event
After registering, you will receive email reminders 1-week, 1-day, and 30-minutes before the event with a unique link to join the live broadcast. If you don't see the emails in your inbox, try looking in your junk folder. Still can't find it? Please email us at membership@lululemon.com for support.
Recommended equipment is included in the event details and may vary by event. If you don’t have access
to the recommended equipment, modifications will be offered.
Both English and French Canadian closed captions will be available for all live events. You can turn on English closed captions by clicking the CC icon in the bottom right corner of the video player. You can view the French Canadian Captions below the video player, please ensure that the video window is not full screen to see this option.

Technical Support
You can join the live broadcast on your laptop, desktop, or mobile device.
For the most optimal experience, we recommend the following set up: • Stream the event on a Laptop or Desktop (mobile devices may not support all functionality of the streaming platform) • Use the latest version of Google Chrome • A stable Broadband internet connection
For the best experience, we recommend using a laptop or desktop to join the live broadcast. Mobile
devices may not support all functionality of the streaming platform.
It is not necessary to enable your microphone and camera for these events.
To ensure the highest quality experience, we recommend a strong and stable WiFi connection or an
ethernet cable if available. If your internet connection is unstable you can try using hotspot on your
mobile device's 4G or 5G network.
Try the following solutions to increase your internet bandwidth: • Ensure you are using Google Chrome • Disconnect from any VPN. • Close any other tabs that may be using bandwidth. • Disconnect other devices on the same network. • Check that no one else
is live streaming videos on the same internet connection as you.
Open your computer's audio settings and check that your computer sound is on and the volume is turned
up using the test sounds. If you hear audio during tests, check that the volume in the live broadcast
player is turned up.

If you see a blank screen or a spinning wheel and this remains for longer than a few seconds, please try refreshing the page. We recommend viewing on the latest version of Google Chrome as your web browser.

This is likely because iCal is set as your default calendar app on your Mac. To change this:
• Open the Calendar app • Click "Calendar" in the top-left corner of your screen (next to the Apple logo) • Click "Preferences" • Select the drop-down menu next to "Default calendar app" and choose Microsoft Outlook
Alternatively, you can choose to open the calendar file with Outlook by following the below steps:
• After downloading the calendar file from the Leadership Summit website: • Right-click the file and select "Open with", then choose "Microsoft Outlook" • If you can't see Microsoft Outlook as an available option, click "Other". Your Mac will open the
Applications folder, and you can choose Microsoft Outlook from there.
